WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I recommend you use any type of resistance equipment, including resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, etc. If you are looking for recommendations regarding equipment, I can help you find what you desire based on your goals and comfort level. If you are only able to do body-weight exercises, we will design training to accommodate as best as possible. All styles of training are tailored to the needs of each individual.
